Step 1: Unlock and fold out the base mount on a table. Secure it to a table if that helps during your assembly.
Instructions
Step. 2-3: Find the long mounting rod and insert into the base mount. Be sure the round end is facing upward. During each step, please use the allen wrench or tools to tighten each piece as needed.
Step 4: Find the small height adjustor ring and slide on the rod. See my hand sliding it down the rod in the picture. Slide it to the bottom- you can always adjust the height later.
Steps 5-8: After you have put on the height adjustor ring, then insert the large ball on to the rod followed by the Compass Directional. Use the Allen Wrench provided and firmly set and tighten according to your own North, South, East, West compass directions.
Steps 9-10: After adjusting your compass, insert the small ball on the rod and on top of the compass directional.
Steps 11-14: If your weathervane comes with a wind directional, insert the directional rotator arm(small piece in one hand) while simultaneously putting on the wind directional. This is the feature that allows to support the directional and allows for rotation in the wind. Per the instructions above, secure each section firmly with the Allen Wrench provided.
Steps 15-17: Like Uncle Fred in the photo, attach your main beautiful weathervane piece of art and secure accordingly.
Your kit comes with some extra screws and an Allen Wrench to help loosen and tighten as needed for the enjoyment of your weathervane.
